Depends on the model.
A Lver Johnson model 1900 22 revolver gun can be worth $115 dollar or up. It all depends on the shape it is in.
Without knowing the model and caliber, we can't tell. A serial number ALONE does not identify a gun.
The Iver Johnson Trailsman model 66 large frame revolver was made from 1958-1978.
send a clear description of gun or a pic......................
I've had an Iver Johnson Model 844 (the gun says Patent Pending right beside the model #) since about 1966 and it looked old when I got it (but was in good condition. My Dad (at that time) said he had one just like it when he was a boy and he was born in 1915.
President McKinley was shot with the same model gun. The patent dates are 1896 and 1899.
The only reference that I could find to a 9 shot Iver Johnson revolver was the model 1900 Target large frame revolver that was made from 1921-1941.i hope that this is the firearm in question.
1955 - 1974
$300.00
On an older revolver, you are not likely to find a model number, since they did not use model numbers. If you remove the grips, you should find the serial number stamped in the frame under the grips.
Need make and model. You cannot identify year of manufacture even with the make and model on most firearms.
