You first need to download the audio from the internet to your computer. Media files used in the program have to be accessible from YOUR computer, not the internet. The audio must also be compatible with Windows Movie Maker before it can be imported into the program.
These are the audio formats compatible with Windows Movie Maker:
.aif, .aifc, .aiff, .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, .wma
click on import audio or music, and then choose your audio or music.

First you have to rip the CD to your computer (use Windows Media Player for that). Once you have the CD music on your computer, Import it into Windows Movie Maker using the Import Media feature.
you just have to go to movie maker and at the left hand side it says"import audio or music." then choose a song and drag it to the timeline and you can also trim it!
