The easiest way is to add #6 1/4" hex head screws to the knobby portion of the tire, much like guys who race motorcycles on ice do. You must use a short screw and have enough rubber on the knob or you will puncture your tire!
OR you could buy chains that rap around the tire like most people do.
With tracks by far. They are superior to tires for traction.
Michelin mud and snow tires get great traction, but if you want the best traction go with studded tires.
Snow
You get the snow blower from Greg's Garage.
Traction control means that both drive wheels are pulling equally. Normally, one or the other wheel is the primary drive. This is used to improve traction when in slippery road conditions such as gravel, loose dirt, snow or ice.
A snow blower should blow snow about 50 feet n average.
I don't know of anything that gets better traction on ice than snow.
It is under the cover between the blower and the motor.
