This would depend on the number of people you will be serving, and how much you want to decrease the recipe. For example, if the recipe serves 100 people, and you will have only 50 guests, you would divide each ingredient in half. If you have 75 people, you would subtract 1/4th of the recipe.

You basically want 1/4 less. Take each measurement and decrease by 1/4. If this is too complicated phone a caterers and most are willing to help you.

you multiply everything by a number until u get to about 60 ex: to get 16 serving you multiply the entire recipe by 2 and that's it its easy
