Increase pitch or increade piping diameter
Radio Shack "drain pipe tracer".
Screw in clockwise to increase pressure, has nothing to do with volume. Volume can only be increased by upsizing the pipe diameters. That's why it is called a pressure reg., not a volume reg.
Yes, a sewage drain pipe can be too large.
Foul Air
you cant decrease a pipe diameter you can only increase...
If you are talking about a roof water drain pipe to sewer it is illegal. If you are talking about a sink drain pipe well that is where they all connect to so yea.
It depends on how much water was in it to begin with and how much water is entering per minute.
dvw pipe = drain, waste and vent pipe.
The volume of flow will be the same, but the velocity will be increase through the 15ml pipe. Q=v*A.
If the flow velocity remains the same the flow volume will increase by the square of the diameter ratio.(2/1.25) = 1.6 = diameter ratio1.62 = 2.56 more flow volume through 2 inch pipe compared to 1.25 inch pipe.
The pressure increases as the volume decreases, so when the pipe is changed from large to small, the pressure of the gas will increase.
The volume of this pipe is 28,510,000 mm3
