Make sure that you have forwarded the correct ports on your firewall to allow other clients to access the data you have. Torrent download speed depends on quite a few things, including the number of seeders/leechers, how fast their connection is, and how fast your upload and download speeds are (among other things). The best thing you can do is to make sure that you're accessible and that your ISP isn't throttling you. Don't give up!
