I do not know of any "layer tab" in MS Word.
The layout tab is found on the home page at the top of MS. Word.

You start by drawing using the Insert tab and when you do draw you get the Format tab from the Drawing Tools.
Excel does not use leader lines, because it does not use tabs. You would find leader lines in MS Word.
For MS Word it is:Upper toolbar and: Table - Table Properties - and then pick Row tab.
In MS Word 2007/2010 click on Insert tab to expand then click Picture and navigate to folder where is picture you want to insert.
It's called "Comments". You can find it under the "Review" tab for MS-Office 2007 & 2010.
It is another name for spreadsheet. It is a single tab.

A right tab generally allows you to tab to a specific tab set and align the right side of the text. A regular tab will align the left side of text. In MS Windows, you can set tab stops for left, right, center, and decimal.
