Create a Distribution List

1. Select New Contact Group from the Home Tab.

2. Enter the Name of the Distribution List in the Name Field.

3. On the Contact Group Tab, select one of three options (shown below) from the pick list under Add Members.

Options:

· From Outlook Contacts: Adds members to the group from your Contacts.

· From Address Book: Adds members to the group from the Global Address Book.

· From Email Contacts: Adds any individual email address to the list.

Note: If you are copying addresses from an email, selecting either From Outlook Contacts or From Address Book to open the dialog box and paste addresses copied into the Members field..

5. As Outlook checks the names it may display a message that it has found more than one person with a specific name select the correct person and click OK.

7. Outlook may display a message asking if you want to add the number of records to your list, click OK.

8. The Distribution List should now list the added contacts therefore it is time to Save & Close the list.

At this time you can verify that all needed contacts are included or add any contacts not included.
