You must first make sure that the picture is an animated picture (from Animation Factory, select Google pictures, etc.). Then you just insert the picture regularly like any other picture. Go to the Insert tab, and insert a picture. Select the file that is your animated picture and it should insert. If you have any problems, then you might need to change the format of the picture.
You can insert a graphic through the Insert menu and the Picture option. From there you can choose a file or a piece of clipart and insert it. Another way is to use the Insert Picture icon on the Drawing toolbar.

In MS Word 2007/2010 click on Insert tab to expand then click Picture and navigate to folder where is picture you want to insert.
Yes you can just connect it to the wifi and just go to moodle it's that easy
From within the spreadsheet - Position the cursor on the cell where you want the picture, click on Insert, then Picture, and click 'from file'. This will let you browse your computer for the picture you want to insert. once you find it - click OK. You can then re-size the cell to the dimensions you want.
In Word 2007 there is a picture icon in the Insert ribbon, in Word 2003 and older you find Insert > Picture in the menus.
There are many ways I will describe two:On the Insert Tab (if you are using Word 2010,otherwise the Insert MENU) choose >Picture > From File. Navigate to your picture, click Put your picture in memory by selecting it (wherever it is) pressing Ctrl+C Paste into Word by changing to that program and press Ctrl+V
