2 ways.
Easiest way:
Remove the inlet manifold...should be alot of m6 torx bolta holding it.
Then you unscrew all the 10mm brass nuts you find on the orginale header.
Then you remove the two springs holding header to exhaust system.
Then take the old one out...
Install the new one
..remember to put new gaskets between headers and inlet manifold.
You might have to weld or change the exhaust to make it fit the new headers.
Would recommend using Supersprint headers with exhaust wrapping on it.
