Microsoft's PowerPoint (See links below) is part of their Office software suite. It is installed with the standard installer - double click the installer and follow the prompts.
You sure can have the Windows pack on your iMac inclueding Word, Excell, Powerpoint. But you can't have the Publisher, but the word for the iMac is the same as the Publisher you can make banners and loads of things! Hope helped, --A

Windows Movie Maker can only be installed on an iMac if you install Windows on a Mac. You can do that with Boot Camp or Parallels. However, your iMac already has excellent movie making software that came pre-installed that is just as good as Movie Maker. It is called iMovie. Open it and give it a try.
