easiest way. remove thermo fan. should be two bolts holding fan and a electrical plug. remove the plastic guard around power steering pump. you will need a 10mm socket and ratchet to undo the nut on the thermostat housing. use a long series rachet and turn tensioner. remove belt. easiest way to install belt is to invert the belt so writing is facing inwards. start at the tensioner and work around crank anti clockwise. putting on alternator and power steering last. reinstall thermo fan and plug in thermo fan plug. note: the thermo fan is usually a snug fit to get out. have to slide it past the auto cooler fittings and top radiator hose fitting. note: the thermo fan sits in two plastic holders on the radiator. make sure the thermo fan sits in properly, otherwise you will end up having big problems. seen it done. reinstall the plastic guard around Power Steering pump. should take about five minutes to do. done about a hundred of them.
if it's a six cylinder au falcon, the belt should tension itself because the six cylider engine has an automatic tensioner.
Ford AU Falcon was created in 1998.
2.7 AU's from the sun.
Only the AU IRS version.
There is no such thing as a Ford AU. If one is interested in finding Ford cars in Australia, websites such as Ford Australia or CarSales could be of interest.
No, Have a look at the way the belt is. You cant just get a shorter belt and bypass the AC compressor as the belt would foul on the tensioner. u need a AC bypass pulley and bracket, and so far, i can only find these genuine

The asteroid belt is roughly circular, with a radius of about 3 AU (astronomical unit; 1 AU = 149,597,870.7 km, the mean orbital radius of Earth). The formula for the circumference of a circle is C = 2πr, or πd. Therefore, the circumference of the asteroid belt is approximately 2,819,853,430 km.(Additionally, the width of the asteroid belt is about 1.5 AU, or slightly larger than Earth's distance from the sun.)

Tension pulleyAs you look at the motor from the front - on the top right had side of the belt (opposite side to the power steer) you will notice a small pulley that has a bolt head only on it - This is the pretentioner pulley, you will need to get a shifter or similar to grip this, pull down then carefully while holding the tension, remove belt.
