How do you install a Sirius radio antenna to a Jeep Wrangler with a hard top made of all plastic so no metal to attach to any ideas Thanks?

i mounted my antenna in the center of the front windsheld in the flat spot by the air intake, run the cord through the firewall (make sure to go through the rubber grommet, its a pain, but if not it will eventualy cut through the antenna) after that figure out were you are going to mount the receiver and take off the center part of the dash, you will have plenty of room to feed the wire through

If this is bad or if power has been lost, reception is reduced. I have not found evidence of this amplifier on the schematics. This does not however mean it isn't there. Good luck. Installing a Sirius receiver?
Installing a sirius radio isn't too bad depending on the vehicle. You have an antenna, source unit and power adapter. You need to put the antenna on the highest point of the vehicle, which is usually the roof. The cleanest way is to put the antenna on the roof next to the front window and gently stuff the wire in the lining around the window and then into the car. Mounts are usually standard with a vent and suction cup mount. The power adapter can be either plugged into the cigarette lighter or hardwired. The new radios are built with an internal "FM Transmitter" which wirelessly transmits through your radio, but this is usually staticy. The best way to get the best sound qaulity is either an auxilery audio jack if your car has one. If you don't, you can get a Sirius FM direct kit which you will have to take out your car radio and plug the device through your antenna jack. These run around $30.
