That's really simple to change. Theres 3 Bolts on top and 1 under and 3 on the body of the van. Just unbolt and remove... The mount is like pressed in some, put it in, real simple. Reinstall the same way it came out. Sorry I don't have very good instructions, harder to explain then it is to actually do... Very simple and easy to do, shouldn't take but like 20 minutes to complete.
