The company Generac provides the costumer with power systems and power generators. They probably have what you are looking for if you are in need of any power system.

Yes. You need to have a disc that can install the 32-bit version of you operating system and do a clean install (that is, it will delete everything on your computer and give you a fresh installation of the operating system).

There is no easy way to "switch" from one operating system to another. The easiest thing is to install Windows 7 over the Ubuntu installation if you do not want Ubuntu anymore. Back up any data you have first before you do this because otherwise it will be lost in the install process.
It's not possible to install 32-bit updates on a 64-bit system. You can download updates manually and then transfer them to a 32-bit system safely, if that's what you are trying to do.

You can install the game on a 32 bit OS and transfer the directory structure directly to a 64 bit Windows 7 and it will run fine. It won't install on a 64 bit system because the installer is 16 bit an thus incompatible with 64 bit OS.
