remove door panel. window is seated on a metal strip or whats called a track. remove any screws or plugs holding window in track. Window must be tipped at angle to remove. to reinstall follow instrctions in reverse. Good Luck. Hamsandwich.

Hi, The problem with your pass side window is the drivers side power window switch. I have had this same problem on my 1993 Aerostar.
