There is no alarm on the radio..The anti theft sign is to let people know that it is just very hard to steal because unlike radios that u buy at the store you have to buy the harness kit and the kit to fill in the gaps. Those radios are easy to steal because all they have to do is unhook one bold and its out, thats why they make stereos that have the removable cover that cannot work with any other cover than that one. With the stock radios you cant do that because there is no gap..to take one of those stereos out you have to take the whole dash off unhook all of the bolts that are attached to the radio and then get it out..the only other way to get them out is to get a saw and try to cut it out, but i guarantee they wouldnt want to go through all that to get a stock radio that may or may not be able to go in their car.
