How do you install a throttle positioning sensor on a 1999 Chevy Tahoe?

you may have to install the sensor positioned up and down and then rotate the sensor clockwise to align the bolt holes. The insides of the engine part are spring loaded and sometimes the sensor needs to be position on flat then rotated some way to line up the holes.
