Put a new gasket on the pan and make sure the magnet is in the bottom of the pan and put it on the tranny with the bolts and tighten the bolts down to about 15 ft. lbs.
You will have to remove the pan off of the bottom of the transmission. Be sure to have a drain pan handy. When you take the pan off you will see the filter bolted to the valve body.

the rearend in the fury3 is an 8 3/4inch 10 bolt the car its going into is the 71 Plymouth satellite is an 81/4inch. The 69 Fury's overall axle length is longer than the 71 Satellite. Also the spring perches are further apart.

take the oil pan off the engine and then unbolt the oil pump from the engine.
pull inside door panels off and unbolt the handle from the door from the inside, install new gasket and rebolt handle.
Not without changing more parts than you want to think about. The 1967 transmission was "swingaxle." The 1971 chassis was made for "independent rear suspension" transmissions. You can put anything from 1969 on in your 71, because 1969 was the first year of IRS.
