behind your steering wheel gently pull the trim peace that goes around dash your a/c controls should pop right off when you get to the steering wheel tilt it down. there is 4-9/32 screws that hold your radio in plade remove them you should have wiring kit for new radio gm 2000 is the kit you will need before you install new radio all your electrical goes through your radio good luck write back if nneed more helf i just done the same thing in my 07 Chevy
