The problem is linked to filter and codec you have installed on your computer. For anyone that have windows vista premium and use windows DVD maker to burn DVD. This is the exact solution to resolve the problem: The filter and codec I installed on my computer was vista codec pack. Maybe some of you installed the same one. The problem comes from this codec pack. You need to remove that pack in the unistall program section. After this, you install this codec pack that works for me and my father and did not cause the SID problem. Install the K-lite mega codec pack (compatible with vista) that you can found here: http://codecguide.com/download_mega.htm For anyone that have the same problem on other burner software and on windows xp, try to install an another codec but you can choose the same one because this codec is windows xp compatible. Hope you will resolve the problem...

You do not need to install any codec (or codec packages) for Windows Movie Maker. A video converter is what you need.I downloaded a video player that is really powerful. After you install it, you can play all kinds of video files. It can also be used as a converter to change video to any desired format.http:/www.ahisoft.com/video-download-studio-pro

You may need the DivX or XviD codec, available at http://www.divxmovies.com/codec/ and http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/ respectfully. Be sure to download and install the codec that corresponds with your computer's operating system. After that, restart and try viewing the file again.
