You must install the expansion packs in the order in which they were released. If you have all the expansion packs, they must all go in order. If you don't have all the expansion packs, they must still go in order, but you can skip over the ones that you don't have and they should install just fine. The order is: University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, and Apartment Life. Each expansion pack will have its own serial number that you must enter for each one that you install. The stuff packs can be installed in any order that you choose.
ok u have the sims 2 installed on your computer so just insert the expasion pack disc in your computer drive and wait a few min and then it will load the there is the sims 2 game now click on auto run the install....
When you install them they should be automatically put into your game. For example you install the Nightlife expansion pack it should now be in your Sims game. But you have to click on it during the game(right above, before you pick which Sim you're going to play as) to link it to a neighborhood that way your Sims will be able to travel to it.
No because sims 2 freetime is an expansion pack.
If you are talking about installing a Sims 2 expansion to the Sims 1, it is impossible. You can only install the Sims 2 expansion packs into the Sims 2, not The Sims 1 or 3.
no. no.
No, Pets it's a separate expansion pack.
If by "other games" you mean the expansion packs, then yes. In order to install the expansion packs (Sims 2 University, etc.) you need to have Sims 2 already installed. If you don't want to spend money on that game as well as the expansion pack, find a friend who has the Sims 2 discs, and borrow them. Install the game and then install your expansion pack right afterward. That way, you don't need the regular Sims 2 disc to play with your expansion pack. You just have to have the disc for the expansion pack you installed. (However, if you ever have to uninstall the game, you'll need to borrow Sims 2 again to reinstall it.)
Yes. Install the Deluxe version first and then the Pets expansion after. it should work now. lately, i haven't even seen sims 2 by itself... it always has some kind of expansion pack included... so it doesn't really matter if you get sims 2 by itself or not... _________________________________________________________________________ Or you could un-install your sims pets, install The sims 2, or a sims game that IS NOT an expansion pack, and install that. Then you can re-install Pets. Whoever posted this listen up.... On the front of the Sims 2 pets box it says EXPANSION PACK and on the back it says Expansion pack must have Sims 2 double deluxe or Sims 2 to play!! Please read more carefully in the future! yah, i guess you could buy the sims 2 double deluxe then reinstall the sims 2 pets.
You don't have to install anything because its on playstation2 :)
yes but you need to go to store and buy it
No because you need a base game to play it on.
It's a Sims 2 expansion pack so you need Sims 2.
There Is not an expansion pack for the sims 2 that comes with, or requires a microphone. Sorry
It's not an expansion pack, so it doesn't need any other sims games for it to install and work.
