1.)Remove the tire/wheel. 2.)Remove the upper and lower Caliper retaining bolts. 3.)Remove caliper (may have to use pry bar with gentle pressure...that is what the hole in the center is for. 4.)Slide brake pads off...just pull then OUT away from the dsc. 5.)Put new brake pads on... 6.)Put caliper back... 7.)Bleed brakes (always a good move). 8.)Put wheel back... 9.)Drive car...
Warped rotor is the most likely cause.
