Remove door panels, 7 screws need to be removed out of the door panel, Lift up door panel from bottom pull arm rest out, unplug switches remove upper plastic next to mirror one screw door panel should come right off, Than you'll need a 7/16 socket wrench remove four hex bolts around speaker, Than you'll need a razor knife gently cut plastic around speaker ring (black glue) pull speaker out your done. Hope this helps! (black stripe on wire is negative)
