The January 2010 issue of Hemmings Muscle Magazine had an article on how to replace the headliner on 1968,1969 B body cars (Charger, Road Runner, Chalenger). Should also be useful for other models such as Satellite, Challenger, Coronet etc. and for other years such as the 1970 Challenger etc.

No the 1969 dodge charger came with long tail lights. Round tail lights came on the 1968 Dodge charger. In fact the only difference between the 68 and the 69 charger is the shape of the tail lights and turning signals.
