You must remove the dash.
Drain the water from your 1994 Chevrolet Blazer cooling system. Remove the heater core water supply hoses. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.

Remove the water supply lines from your 1990 Ford E3 50 heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new heater core.
It just fits in from behind the dash, you will have better luck if you lower the heater first.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1994 Chevy heater fan motor. Remove the heater fan motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the heater motor. Reverse the process to install the new heater fan motor.
You will need to get a repair manual for this because you will be puling the dash and the complete a/c-heating box out, very complicated......................
