It's kinda hard to access because it so far up in there. so 9 times out of 10 the switch itself isn't bad there is piece of plastic that pushes in the neutral safety switch that is broken or fell off. It's cheaper and the switch will still work. I had this problem with my integra yesterday, it wouldn't start or turn over.
