To install a PCV nipple and hose in a Saab, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove any components obstructing access to the PCV system, then detach the old hose and nipple from the engine block. Install the new PCV nipple securely into the designated location, attach the new hose to the nipple, and ensure all connections are tight. Finally, reassemble any removed components and reconnect the battery.
Look at the valve cover rear near the drivers side of the engine. there is a hose attached to a nipple there, the nipple is the PCV valve, it might come out with the hose, if not get a pair of plier and pull it out. The cost about $3 at the parts store.
At the back of the engine compartment, on the driver's side, you will see an elbow pipe. It has a short connector hose that fits directly onto the PCV Valve nipple.
Remove the PCV valve retaining screws. Remove the PCV valve hose. Reverse the process to install the new PCV valve.
The PCV Valve is on the passenger side valve cover, at the rear of the engine, very close to the firewall. Be careful not to break the nipple that fits into the hose.

Pull straight up on the PCV valve to remove it from the valve cover, then pull off the hose from the PCV valve, install the new one by doing the opposite of removal.
It's a fairly straight forward procedure. The PCV valve mounts in the valley pan. Run the hose from the PCV valve to the large vacuum port at the bottom of the carb. That's it.

mine came from the factory without one I had to get the parts and install one , but the answer : it is suppose to be at the end of the vac hose on the top of valve cover where the hose goes into the cover I had to buy the grommet and a pcv valve
