There is a small idler pulley that also serves as the ac belt tensioner. Loosen the 14mm nut on that pulley then right behind that pulley is a 14mm bolt. Turn that bolt counterclockwise to loosen belt enough to remove the belt. But before you can do any of this you will have to move 2 other belts in order to fully remove ac belt and replace it.

Go to Chilton or Haynes manual and they have all the pictures and drawings necessary to correctly install the belt. If you don't want to pay for it go to the Library and they will usually have a copy.

To replace the horn on a 94 Toyota Corolla, you will need to remove the horn pad from the steering wheel. Once all screws have been loosened, you can lift the pad and replace the inner button, then just put the horn pad back on.
Some do and some don't . You failed to list what model Toyota and what engine, so I cannot answer your question.

There is no standalone "power steering belt" on a 94 cavalier, just one long serpentine belt. There is a diagram in front of the motor on the passenger side right next to the prop rod. That diagram shows proper belt routing.
Can't say for every part but the doors seem to be interchangable from 94-96 so it might be true for other parts.

Your 94 S-10 doesn't have a timing belt.
