There is a small idler pulley that also serves as the ac belt tensioner. Loosen the 14mm nut on that pulley then right behind that pulley is a 14mm bolt. Turn that bolt counterclockwise to loosen belt enough to remove the belt. But before you can do any of this you will have to move 2 other belts in order to fully remove ac belt and replace it.

Go to Chilton or Haynes manual and they have all the pictures and drawings necessary to correctly install the belt. If you don't want to pay for it go to the Library and they will usually have a copy.
