1. Download and install both Modloader and minecraft Forge.
2. Delete the "META-INF" folder in your minecraft.jar.
3. Download "The RC Mod vX.X.zip".
4. Open "The RC Mod vX.X.zip" and put the "mods" folder in the mods folder and the "resources" folder in the resources folder.
5. Shabam your done!

Then, go to My Computer via the Start Menu, and click on the icon that has the letter, "D" beside it, after you see a Blue Square to the right side of the text.
