The options vary, depending on the specific software. If you don't already have a software, you might get the freeware IrfanView, which has options both to flip an image (exchange left and right; or up and down), and to invert colors (it is not entirely clear to me which you mean).
Now, I'm using Image converter.

No
our optic nerves invert the image and our brain reads it
Using a layer mask, using path tool, convert path to selection, invert selection, fill selection in mask with black
It may refer to the fact that the mirror does not invert the image.
Everything depends on what video or audio editing package/software are you using? For distortion of audio I recommend using a separate program (e. g. Adobe Audition CS3, or more simple Adobe SoundBooth CS3 or Audacity). When you find your "perfect" software, you might want to look at sevveral types of audio effects (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sound_effect) and look what distortion do you need. In Premiere, there is a special, more detailed, effect named Invert. You choose channels that you want to invert (choose RGB) and set some things then click OK.
Invert filter is a filter which alters the original value of color pixel to its inverse value. It inverts each pixel value to its inverted value.

Animated GIFs are created using specific software that encodes the necessary data for the GIF to animate. Editing an image with the incorrect software can remove this data from the image file and leave you with a static image.
Initially the server will create a disk image of the software. Then using that disk image will install the software in remote machine.............. That's it from my side...... if you know more about it please share and grow your knowledge
