Download Blackra1n from http://blackra1n.com Then, Plug Itouch / Iphone Into computer and open iTunes
Then - Open downloaded file and press "make it ra1n"
Finally - Wait until a message comes up saying your itouch/phone has been jailbroken
Then... you'll find an app on your display saying Black rain...
Open the app, press cydia, download that and then in sources enter

Then in the newly added source download "installous" which gives you all apps for free :)
