First, go to the Ski Village. Then go inside of the Phoning Facility, you have to be at least 30 days old. When you're inside the Phoning Facility, the phone will ring. press the red button and then throw a snow ball at the target. then you can do the test.

∙ 12y agoYou get a postcard from anypne that's in the EPF and you get to click "go there" and you have to take a test at the veryday phoning facility. It wint work if you don't get the postcard from another penguin
