Again, duck because he'll be shooting at you. 3) Here's where it gets tricky. When he's at his 3 level tank, you have 3 options: (1) Wait until the middle or bottom part of the tank body are facing you, and jump from them onto his head. (2) Wait until he shoots a Bullet Bill from the bottom or the middle part of the tank body and, if you press the jump button just as you land on it, you will do a large jump, and so be able to land on his head. (3) Wait until he throws a bob-om, pick it up and throw it at him. All done!
