How do you keep white sugar from getting lumps?

White sugar must be kept totally dry in order to remain clump

free, but if you have canned it yourself, don't use an oxygen

absorber or the sugar will get hard that way too.

If the sugar is in clumps, you can take your clean, dry hand,

and break them up, getting to the point where you can use a whisk

to stir it up.
