1. Buy a table and drop any fruit (like a pear).
It won't land on the table. (That's A-ok)
2.Stand on top of the fruit and drop your turnip, it will land on the table since it has nowhere to go on the floor.
3.Keep it there and it will never spoil.

You're able to sell them to Nook and I THINK your able to plant them?Your also able to catch an ant by putting the white turnips in your closet for about 2-3 days then bring it outside it should say spoiled turnip or just more days. Then just walk around visit your townies and talk to them. After a few minutes go back to where you dropped your turnip and there should be black things crawling over it. Be sure to have your net!

Invest in turnips on Sunday and watch turnip prices throughout the week. If you buy low and sell high at Nook's, you can make a killing on the stalk market. Make sure you sell your turnips before the end of the week, though. They will rot before Joan returns again. Joan is also the starting point for the red turnip trade mini-game.
