∙ 10y agoHome remedies that I use are the following : mayo for 1 hour with head wrapped then rinse and follow with a little vegetable oil and comb hair and then rinse and there is still some itching even after they are gone so I stand in the shower and pour vinegar and let stand for about a minute massaging in and rinse and shampoo and condition as usual then comb again to see if anything was missed .... works !
Get some lice killing shampoo at the drug store, then you will need to use the special comp to remove them and the eggs from your hair.
They are pretty tough buggers to get rid of so follow the directions.
