To defeat them i recommend killing one, then luring two close to each other. When they get close you hold B and red halo should start to appear on the ground. When they are highlighted in red lightning, release it and it should kill them both.

∙ 13y agoThe Ball and Chain is the best option - it can kill Freezards/Mini Freezards/Chilfos in one hit. Both Mini Freezards can be killed using conventional methods (though ball and Chain works best), however, Freezards can only be killed by either the Ball and Chain or stationary cannons.
