Well, I am ten right now. I am a girl and I am going out with a guy. I want him to kiss me. We had a plan to get him to do it. His buddies helped us with it. But, he had to go home unexpectidly. But, what I think you should do is make a plan with your friends and his/her friends. Then, if that does not work, ask him to go somewhere private and be really confident. Then whenever you want just do it yourself.

If he reacts the way you don't want him to, tell him that you've wanted to do that a lot. If does like it, ask him could you's do it often.

look, buddy. its wrong to kiss a ten year old girl of she doesn't like you. but if she does, and if you are the right age for her(9 to 12 years old and if you're a boy) start by holding her hand. (Make sure your fingers are intertwined) Then just move a strand or hair out of her face then you lean in, and say something along the lines of "i like you a lot" or "your hair is so beautiful" and then gently grab her cheek and kiss her! but make sure you don't put your tongue in her mouth cause she'll freak out! good luck!

And if she really likes you do you have the right to kiss her and don't kiss her at school!

Usually mutual between the young boy and girl when alone, and often as a trait of good and innocent friendship. Ten years old is too young.
