if you can take the cat off, use a LAGE drill bit and run it straigh through the pipe then use what ever you want and knock out the remaining junk. if you cant get it off.... drill a inch to 2in Holt in the front at the bottom, aiming towards the back of the cat. that way it will just fall out. it will take awhile but take your time and make sure you get every chunk. start your car often and blow out the stuff you have tried to clear out.
