How do you knock over the snowman on wimpy wonderland?

The snowman in front of Fregly's house is Fregly, who has tried to build a snowman "from the inside out."

Once you have returned the game CD to Rowley, use his Joshie card to open the laundry room in Greg's house and turn off the power to Rodrick's room. When Rodrick leaves, enter the garage and get the leaf blower. This will blow the snow off Fregly and he will give you his troll doll (which you can use as a bingo marker at Leisure Towers).

You need the leaf blower to use on the snowman in front of Fregley's house.

Return the game CD to Rowley and get his Joshie card. Use that to open the laundry room, where you can cut the power to Rodrick's room. He will leave and you can enter the garage and get the leaf blower.

Use the leaf blower on the snowman in front of Fregley's house -- it's Fregley trapped inside. He will give you a Troll Blotter as a reward.
