I think you guys are using the term 'preteen' a little loosely. Preteen is 9-12. I don't know of any 9-12 year olds who are going to touch each other, or talk dirty.
Guys are wierd but really nice. i am a preteen and i have a boyfriend and guys sometimes do talk dirty or touch your boob and ASK THEM OUT answer 2 and 1 are perfect! and trust me someone will always love you =)
