If you are a registered member, you know this by looking at the Stats section on the left side of your profile page.
You will see "Questions" with a number beside it. This is the number of questions you have contributed to WikiAnswers.
Below that, at the bottom of the column, you will see "Total" also with a number beside it. This is the total number of contributions you have made, including messages, discussions, Forum threads, re-categorizing, etc.
If you are an unregistered member, and you use a public IP such as at a school, there is no way to tell how many questions you have asked.
If it is a private IP and you are the only one who uses it to access WikiAnswers, a supervisor could determine this, but not easily.
Just for the sake of observation, as of 3 March 2011, there has been one question asked by the IP user who contributed this questions. Guess which question that is.
