The date 1900 makes it a Morgan silver dollar. The mint mark is located on the reverse (tails) side, just above the letters "do" in the word "dollar." If you find the letter S, then it was minted in San Francisco.
To find a "numismatic value" of a Morgan Silver Dollar, you need to know the coin's mint mark and condition. There are various online price guides. The silver content of these coins is about 3/4 ounce, making most worn coins more valuable for their metal content (multiply the spot price of an ounce of silver by 0.75). In 2011, when silver was as high as $48 an ounce, dollar coins brought in more than $36. By 2018, the coins had fallen to about $12
More replicas and counterfeits exist than real coins, if any bears are on the coin it's a fake. The best thing to do is take it to a dealer or collector.
Half dollar, and 2 quarters. It's easy. If it can't be half, I really don't know then.
The Balboa is the same as the US dollar. We know that US silver dollars is worth more as the Panama silver Palboa. In Panama the currency is US but there are Balboa dollar coins. Also, the silver coins in Panama are the same size as the US coins and would be worth more as the US silver coins.

The US Congress passed a law that ordered the US mint to issue these coins. The plan was to get people to use the one-dollar coins in place of the paper dollar bills and save millions in replacement costs. ( I do not know which Congressmen or senators pushed for the law.)
A form of ribbed decoration. I know that in the minting of coins a reeded edge is used on the dime, quarter, half-dollar, and Susan B. Anthony dollar coin..
Uncirculated rolls are still available at most banks and I hope you know the coins are not gold.
