check 9 pin plug in the back of radio also check wires going to speakers
If its anything like my 88 lebaron convertible on the inside your going to have to take out the trim on the floor by the door and then take off the whole side panel in the back seat...a pain!

The motors for the convertable top are in the trunk in the very back behind spare tire there is a up motor and a down motor.I believe the driver side motor is the up motor. There is one motor/pump assembly and it is located directly behind the rear passenger seat. It can be accessed by removing the rear seat or by going through the trunk.

your trans is going into "limp" mode, stays in second gear to allow you to drive to a shop. usually caused by a faulty input or output speed sensor or the solonoid pack. needs diagnostic reader to determine which.
