Well if you don't know who she is she most likely doesn't know who you are, unless she finds you attractive and has asked around or done her research on you. If you see her stare directly in to your eyes then look away if you see that she's staring-that's a possibility- or if she tries to be very impressive around you-but do your research ask people to ask around and try to find out who she is-maybe be talking with your friends then "accidently" bump into her-you know ask what her name is, introduce yourself, and most importantly if YOU like her then act really kind,funny all of (those adjectives) around her.
