Ask him. If you can not ask the boyfriend this . If you do not feel comfortable asking, or he is unapproachable, then there is no relationship to wonder on. im in the same situation at the minute but i dont think my ex of 2 and a half years wants to get back with me as he dont ever ring me, he dont seem upset, hes out with his mates till early hours of the morning,hes started taking drugs, hes basically moving on with his life. If your ex rings you for any reason or finds an excuse to ring you, or if he sounds down when you talk to him then theres a chance he wants to be with you. my advice is, dont contact him, just see if he contacts you, so he dont think your chasing after him. If he contacts you then you might be able to have another go at the relationship. hope everything goes ok for you.
