Okay, so I am a freshmen in highschool, and there is this guy friend of mine who I've known since the beginning of the summer. (Before I became a freshmen.) I only talked to him over the phone all summer, and saw him in school recently. I really like him, but he is a senior. I am so confused with his signals too. Like, the other day, he gave me a random suprise hug in the hallway. And sometimes, he texts me an occasional, "goodnight <3" text. And at lunch, I'll find him sometimes catching my glance. But then other times, his signals are mixed and it seems like he's not interested. Then again, he's always nice whenever I'm around him IN PERSON. Over the phone, he sometimes is a little iffy. I want him to know I'm interested, and I want to know if HE's interested in me. 'Cause I REALLY like him. What should I do?! And what do these signs mean?!
