Here, i do not have any definite answer to this question as it can never be definite. I try to analyze it below and as a matter of fact you might want to read them:
It depends on how he is mean towards you, and the whole relationship that you are having with him. I would say that, being mean to you might just be the "special" way of showing his affection towards you... I might be wrong, as it also determines on the extent of how mean he is to you
If he is mean to only you, there's a possibility he likes you; however the possibility decreases if he is mean to almost everyone or limit to almost every girl!
What relationship do you and him share is also a factor. Are you considered as friends or not even friends? If considered as friends, I guess the time spent together ought to be longer than he spends with some other acquaintances so he might like you (when he can tease you to probably make you "angry"). Again, I might be wrong. If not friends and didn't spend much time with each other, he might just be playing with you for entertainment and has a less possibility of liking you ...
Furthermore, how mean he is to you is a factor as well. Like is he always fooling around, and teases you when he has the chance to? Tease: how? Tease about your features, your studies, any little things that he can find? There's always a limit to teasing, when it becomes too serious, that will mean that he is Really mean to you...
Think about all these factors and think thoroughly about the moments you have with him, and might "roughly" know whether he likes you hope this helps!

∙ 9y agoA lot of boys during the teenage and pre-teen years tend to demonstrate that they like a girl through harassment, because they are not taught how to show their true feelings. There is a strong possibility that the boy may like the girl he does this to, but the best thing to do is to let him grow out of it until he learns how to treat a girl in stead of acting on it.
