they do make 6mm paintballs for airsoft also some of the ammo is coated to leave a mrak but for the most part it is just honesty. Most people that I play with take the game seriously and if they are hit they consider it a kill and if you are doing a milsim...think to yourself...could I have surrvived that hit. in other words hand you would be injured head you would be dead. When you are shooting at someone in airsoft it is also possible to see the bb's and you can see them hitting your oppent. bear in mind that just because someone doesnt call there hits doesnt mean they are cheating they may have truly not felt it depending on the quality of gun used
A red rag or bandanna used in the sport of airsoft to show that someone has been hit
It's something which could potentially happen, but isn't likely to when hit with airsoft pellets.
It is not uncommon in airsoft games to get a BB in the face. However, there has never been a scientific study on this and the exact number is not known. The exact count of face hits notwithstanding, it is a good idea to wear a mask.
In my opinion airsoft wars do not hurt but yet I play paintball. But it really matter what fps the airsoft gun is and how close they are to you and if they are shooting you once. But really airsoft does't pack a punch in the hit it just stings a little bit.
You would be committing a hit-and-run, and be arrested.
April 2010, and It was an Airsoft gun.
2 newtons of force
if u wana know that bad go buy a 10 dollar pistol and shoot ur self stop crossin mexicans
Paintball gun. You can see where you hit your target. I disagree, if you are looking for a more realistic looking weopon then use an airsoft gun
There has only been 1 recorded death during an airsoft game and it wasn't even Airsoft related. An elderly man had a heart attack while playing. If you mean simulated deaths, then yes. If you are hit by a BB you are out and you must yell "HIT!" and raise your hand or put on a "dead rag". People have died from BB guns however. BB guns fire metal projectiles at high velocities. Airsoft guns are far more fun and safe.
from my experience o would have to say no. ive been hit from a relatively bad gun from 25 feet away and it left a sizable dent.
If you get hit by a airsoft pellet you should seek medical attention at a hospital immediately. Chances are you lost sight in your eye. :( You should never get hit in the eye. Always wear eye and mouth protection to prevent blindness and the chipping of teeth.
